Maintenance and Return Policy

1. Resize

We provide free resizing or adjustment within 1 year from the date of purchase (except eternity ring, promotional product and discounted products).  Whether the product can be adjusted subject to the product style and suitability, the adjusted product may be different from the original appearance after repair.  In addition, the cost of adding gold, adding accessories or replacing accessories depends on the actual situation of the product.

 

2. Plating Warranty

We provide free re-plating of products within 1 year from the date of purchase, excluding any man-made damage.

 

3. Five days return or exchange

We provide a five-day return or replacement guarantee, which is only applicable when the description does not match with the product.  Customers cdd as may contact us if there are any quality issues.  

 

4. The company is not responsible for any damage caused by lost mail or during delivery.

 

5. We will ONLY refund or resend the items if you selected a shipping method with tracking number.

We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of those shipment without tracking number.

 

The returned product must be in a brand-new condition, and must not be worn and with any used marks or scratches.  Items attached to the sale, such as packaging, certificates, gifts, etc., need to be returned together with the product, otherwise we will deduct the relevant fees.  The company reserves the final right to judge whether the product is in "new condition".

 

Customers can WhatsApp +852 5572 3274 to obtain the return address. Hong Kong customers’ postage will be paid by our company but overseas customers will need to pay for the return shipping (DHL/Air Mail).  Please obtain confirmation from the company before shipping. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the return shipment.  Credit card accounts may be charged a processing fee for chargebacks.  All costs and risks arising from returns shall be borne by the customer.

 

After confirming that the product is not damaged, we will process your refund or assist you to place a new order for another product.  There is no refund for any replacement, and the customer must make up the price difference between the new and original products.

 

In case of any disputes, all rights are reserved under the decision of Moissanite de Moi.

1.    調整尺寸

自購買日起1年內免費調整產品尺寸(永恆戒、推廣價、折扣產品除外)。產品能否調整需視乎產品款式而定,部份款式於修理後可能會跟原貌有所不同。另外,如涉及加金、加附件或更換配件費用需視乎產品實際情況而定。

 

2.    電鍍保修

自購買日起1年內免費重新電鍍產品,不包括任何人為損壞。

 

3.    五天退貨或更換

我們提供五天退貨或更換保障,僅適用於當產品與收到之產品描述有所不同,例如尺寸、石頭大小、長度等等。退回的產品必須為全新狀態,請保持無配戴及使用痕跡。售出時所附帶的物品,如包裝品、證書、禮品等需要一併隨產品退回,否則本公司會扣除相關的費用。本公司保留判斷產品是否屬於「全新狀態」的最終決定權。

 

4. 若遇到寄失郵件或運送時造成任何損毀,本公司恕不負責。

 

5. 本公司只會對帶有追踪號碼的運輸方式進行退款或重新發配有關商品。

 

客戶可WhatsApp +852 5572 3274索取回郵地址,香港本地郵寄費用將由本公司負責,如寄香港以外的地區則需自行承擔相關因退貨而產生的運費 (例如: DHL/Air Mail)。送運前請先獲得本公司確認。信用卡帳戶可能會因退款而被收取手續費。因退貨而產生的所有費用及風險均由客人承擔。

 

確定產品無損後,我們將會處理您的退款,或協助您重新下單更換其他產品。任何更換不設退回差額,客戶須補回新選及原有產品之間的差額。

 

如有任何爭議,Moissanite de Moi保留最終決定權。
